Kids Without Faces

Hey there! We are excited to share that we're currently implementing the 'Children under Social Protection' project at the Beit Shaptai Levy home for children! 

Children who come to the Beit Shaptai Levy children's home often experience a lot of stress and discomfort due to the sudden changes in their lives. Some of them are not used to having a home, clean clothes, or  someone to take care of them, but they are very familiar with their parents.Some of them are not used to having a home, clean clothes, or someone to take care of them, but they are very familiar with their parents. It can be really tough for them to adjust to this new environment so quickly. New faces, including police officers and social workers, will pick you up and transport you to a new location where you will be greeted by the friendly representatives of the Beit Shaptai Levy organization. We understand that this process of reinvention can be shocking, stressful, and uncertain, but we are here to support you every step of the way.

After the judicial system makes the decision, the staff at Beit Shaptai Levy takes over the care of the children. They provide the necessary care: removing lice, arranging for eye exams and other emergency tests to determine each child's specific needs.

We are thrilled to prepare a special box for each newly arrived child! 
Inside, the child will find a cozy pillow, soft blanket, comfortable bedding, fluffy towel, fun toy, cozy pajamas, toothbrush, and other necessary items.
Our team carefully selects each item to ensure that the child feels comfortable and at home. The box is adorned with the message 'Everything will be OK!' to provide reassurance and comfort. The brightly colored gift box creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, helping the child relax and feel at ease. We want every child to know that they are welcomed and cared for in this home!
